How do I become a member of Primfix?
Go to the homepage, click on sign up and fill in the details.

Can I open more than one account with Primfix?
No. We allow one account per physical/juridical person. If you share the same internet connection with other Primfix users, send a message through the support area to avoid account blocking

How much does it cost to become a member of Primfix?
Opening an account with us is absolutely free.

What is Prim Fix Lite?
Primfix Lite is a lighter version of our page where no registration is required, there's no need to request a withdrawal if you make an investment using Primfix Lite, it´ll be paid straight to your e-currency account when it expires. You can check it here

Do I have to pay taxes on my earnings?
Primfix is registered offhosre to minimize the tax load for our members. All the profits made on Primfix are earned offshore and we don't disclose any personal data to tax authorities in order to respect your privacy.

2. Investment


What is the minimum deposit to become a Primfix's partner?
The minimum deposit is set at $10 at the moment.

What investment plans does Primfix offers?
We offer three different investment plans, you can check them here.

Can I change the plan I chose after making an investment?
No. We allocate funds in our bookmaker accounts based on how our members allocate their investments in different plans so changing plans after an investment is made could affect our business.

Do I receive my earnings on weekends?
Yes, all our plans are based on calendar days, so weekends are counted too. That is possible because many sports events happen during weekends and most bookmakers are opened 24/7.

What payment processors does Primfix accept?
We accept AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney.

Can Primfix's members deposit straight using our accounts balance?
Yes, you can deposit using your account balance.

Can Primfix's members have more than one active deposit?
Yes. All transactions are handled separately.

Are deposits automatic?

What do I have to do after making a deposit?
You need to go to the "Investment" tab inside members area and choose an investment plan.

What is the maximum deposit?
The maximum deposit is set at $10,000 but you can have multiple deposits as they are handled separately.



3. Withdrawals

Are payments paid straight to my e-currency account?
No. You must request them trough the member's area of the website. Payments will be sent to your e-currency account within 48 hours.

What is the minimum withdrawal?
The mininum withdrawal is set at $1

What is the maximum withdrawal?
There is not maximum withdrawal at the moment.

After making an investment, when do I get paid?
We pay only at expiry as we need the time to actually make the profits. Your deposit is included in the profit, i.e: you invest $100 today and receive a total of $120 in 15 days, if you invest in plan A.

Can I get paid via AlertPay if I made a deposit using LibertyReserve?
No. You can only get paid via the same e-currency you used to deposit. Only referral commissions can be withdrawn to any e-currency of your choice.

4. Account Management

Do I need to provide documents in order to open an account at Primfix?
No. We respect our clients privacy so no proof of identity is required.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password by logging in to the member's area and clicking on edit account.

How do I change my e-currency account?
Login to your members area, click on Edit Account and choose the option Edit E-currency accounts from the drop down menu.

I forgot my PIN code. What do I do?
Please contact us through our support ticket system and we'll send you a new PIN code.

5. Referral Program and Support

Do you offer a referral system?
Yes, you can read more details about it here.

Do you have any promotional tools I can use to promote Primfix?
Yes, you can find them by logging into your account and clicking on the button below the menu. You will text ads, splash pages and banners.

How can I withdraw my referral commissions?
You can withdraw it to any payment processors registered in your profile (except credit cards) and it'll be sent to your e-currency account within 48 hours.

What is the PTP system you offer?
Basically, you get paid for every unique visitor you send to Primfix. Each unique visit (from someone who didn't visit the site in the past 12 hours) gives you 1 credit. You can exchange these credits for money, right now we are paying $1.5 for 1000 credits.

Do you offer telephone support?
Our company is online based, we are a legal and registered company in the country of Seychelles but all of our operations are made online so we don't have a phyisical office with a telephone number.
